Booking & Payment
Policy
Cash or Check
Accepted.
Golf Discount Packages are to be paid in full at the time of the
first lesson of that package.
Any returned
checks will incur a $ 20.00 processing fee.
Attire
-
Proper attire is required
for all golf activity at the club in all areas of the golf
course which includes, but is not limited to, the putting
green; chipping green; golf course; driving range; and
the short game center.

Men (Acceptable): long
pants; shorts that wear 4” or less from the knee; collared
shirts;turtlenecks; mock turtlenecks.

Men (Not acceptable): shirts
that are not tucked in, jeans; cutoffs; tight shorts;
T-shirts; sweatshirts; tank tops;sweatsuits; any type of
non-traditional golf apparel.

Women (Acceptable): skirts
or shorts that are not deemed too high/tight to be
offensive;collared shirts; blouses; collared sleeveless
shirts; collarless shirts (w/sleeves); turtlenecks.
Collarless/sleeveless shirts may be allowed provided they are
in good taste.

Women (Not Acceptable): tank
tops; short shorts; tennis length skirts; T-shirts;
jeans;sweatsuits; cutoffs; sweatshirts; tight fitting
clothing; any type of non-traditional golfapparel.

Jeans and hats may be worn
in the clubhouse.
- The dress code is mandatory for all.
Lesson Cancellation
Policy
Please be
advised of our 48 hour cancellation policy. If less than 48
hour notice is given and your spot is unable to be filled, then
you are responsible for payment of that booked time with the
terms below. If for any reason you need to cancel your lesson,
please call the instructor you are working with.

Cancellation
post-deadline policy is as follows:
1 st Occurrence
- 50% of fee is due.
2 nd Occurrence - 100% of fee is due.
Payment can be made as part of your series or as a separate
charge.
Note: If there
is a business emergency, i.e. last minute schedule change or
meeting, and the spot is unable to be filled, then you will be
responsible for payment of that appointment.
To discuss
exceptions for cancellations due to weather, health issues or
other emergencies please call the instructor you are working
with.

Weather Policy
1. Our
Teaching Studio is State-Of-The-Art and fully covered with heat
for protection from the rain or cold so please attempt to show
up at your lesson time.
2. Lessons
that begin and are interrupted by weather are pro-rated
accordingly.
